This book gives an idea to kids how to feel and cope with emotions. I really liked the idea that each illustration where the topic touched the bad monsters were in pink and didn't associate with scary or could frighten somebody. I think the book cover suits the story. The main character is wise, helpful and the way the illustration is painted/drawn it does calm the whole story when the topic touches "bad monsters" and I did enjoy it.
