Take Care Of A Pet's Medical Issues If Money Is Not Available? Are There Clinics That Offer A Free Consultation/Treatment? And If The Owner Can No Longer Care For Their Pet, Will The Clinic Take Them, And Hopefully Find A New Home For Them?

Pretty much yes to all 3. the ASPCA is very helpful. I have one adoptee from there and one from the Humane Society.
