Looks like Nicholas A. Basbanes archives and a good chunk of his personal library is headed to Texas A&M.

Is it true that the Basbanes library is going to be dismantled and sent to Texas A&M and why?

Thanks for the link to the article; I wonder what this means for Mr. Basbanes; should we expect a semi-retirement article coming this spring. I still remember the cspan program that Mr. Basbanes did discussing his library it was quite something!
