Maybe it's just too early in the morning for me to contemplate, but it's not ringing any bells for me. I love toasted pumpkin seeds, but I usually just eat them alone.

Just how would you serve them together? In a salad?

Oh, they are raw? Just dried? I've only ever had them toasted, like sunflower seeds.

That sounds like it might be quite nice on pasta. Sort of like the combo of pignoli nuts and grated cheese in pesto. Are you going to add some Basil, too?

If it involves cheese, I'm for it. To my knowledge, I have never eaten a pumpkin seed. Not sure if you can get them in the UK.

#5 - I'm in the UK, and there are pumpkins in all the shops here. Buy a pumpkin, chop it up, roast it and make pumpkin soup - then toast the seeds and there you are!

I think a rocket salad with toasted pumpkin seeds and some crumbled goats' cheese sounds delicious!

You can probably find pumpkin seeds in most healthfood stores. Not quite so messy that way.
