Hi all! I'm building a catalog for the Pierre and Tana Matisse Foundation, an arts foundation based in New York. There are a number of titles in the library for which we have more than one copy, but I haven't been able to figure out how to search LT or TinyCat with that as a parameter (to produce, for instance, a list of titles we have duplicates of and might want to consider weeding). Does anyone else in the group know how to do this, or if it's even possible? Thanks for any help!

You don't need TinyCat to do that.
Go to your LT home page. From the top navigation bar, select Stats/Memes. On that page, at the bottom of the the left-hand navigation bar you'll see a link for Work Duplicates.
For your library, the direct URL should be
http://www.librarything.com/profile/MatisseFNDT/stats/workdups

Looking at those, it is obvious that sometimes you have the same book in different languages. This is correct, and the books should be in the same work.
However, there are probably cases where the books are not duplicates and should not be in the same work. You can contact http://www.librarything.com/groups/combiners for help in sorting those out.
