I just made a rather remarkable book purchase on Craigs list.
The original ad said 100 + old Harlequin paperbacks for $20. Ok I'll bite. Later on in the week it changed to 400 about.
I talked to the young kid who had them he said they belonged to his grandmother who read them and reread them. When he asked i told him I like to read them but would sell duplicates. He said "Cool dude." Im an older guy way out of "Cool Dude" status.
I met him gave him the money and loaded and loaded and loaded my Pickup. When i got them home I counted 1284 books. Ffar cry from 100+
