Why is Veronica continuing to be friendly towards Connie, and why was she so worried when Alice was in the water?

Don't know - can't work this one out.

Maybe Veronica was afraid that she would find Jennie's bag.

She wants something from Connie but I can't figure out what it is.

Veronica is right up there on my radar. Very strange behaviour and she is definitely up to something.

It seemed to me that Veronica was too afraid of the water and too afraid of Alice being near it. Maybe she had almost drowned once or perhaps Simon had had a bad experience in or near the water as a child. Otherwise I don't really know....as you can tell:)

I thought she knew about the bag and didn't want Alice to find it yet. Maybe she's trying to set Connie up for Jenny's murder.
