Any thoughts on where the bag was found?

Is someone trying to frame Connie?
Or did the stranger dump the bag there when he was outside Connie's house?

I thought the murderer might be trying to set up Connie.

It seems as though Veronica knew the bag was there. She was acting suspicious at Connie's house.

It could be a set-up for Connie or it could be that it was a convenient place to drop it thinking it would be hidden by the grass and weeds.
