accidentally added duplicate venue

I added a bookstore that already existed in the database because for some reason it hadn't been showing up when I searched for it. There doesn't seem to be any way to delete the entry. How does one get rid of the duplicate?

If you look at the main bookstore page, you'll see an id number. Write this down.
Click into the second record for the same store.
Click edit venue.
In the right hand column you should see a link for combine venues.
Enter the number from the main bookstore page in this box.

That should put the two stores as one item.
