Once we found out about the foster carer I did wonder if this could be connected. Had Chloe found out she'd been adopted and her parents had never told her?

I thought the comment about the foster care person (Doreen) may definitely be connected because Chloe was at her grave.

Several possibilities but I agree that's it's too early to say "this is what happened." The woman whose grave she was standing by...the foster care person...porbably has some connection.
