Should Michelle have acted more guilty over what happened with Tim?

Yes. I actually find her relation with Tim more disturbing than Harry's one night stand.

I don't think Michelle feels she did too much that was wrong, she didn't sleep with Tim so feels she is less guilty than Nelson who had a child with Ruth.

I don't think that Michelle feels that she has had an affair. She just had someone to talk to and someone to tell her she's beautiful. She sees it as an entirely different thing than what Harry and Ruth did. Maybe it's in the degree of the affair that counts...although I don't think that's particularly true.

No I don't think Michelle should have acted more guilty. Both Nelson and Michelle are equally guilty except Michelle showed more self control during her affair.

She seemed to be more emotionally involved with Tim than Nelson and Ruth are. I don't think she was prepared to take it any further.

I think she should have acted a little more guiltily. This was going on over a much more extended time than Harry's two one night stands. That's not excusing Harry, they are both very much in the wrong and it was with one of Harry's underlings! The phrase two wrongs don't make a right come to mind.
