I have been asked to create a frontal based on a piece of donated African cloth. This is most of the H from Halleluia.

This work is proceeding slowly, and I am convinced that the result will work. I had to let it sit for a few days because I wasn't happy with a detail, but picking it up today I was able to find an easy fix that had eluded me the last time I looked at it.

I was thrilled a few days ago while watching the evening news. There is a controversy about an election poster, and the Methodist superintendant was asked to comment. He was filmed in the nave of the church, and the camera, for just an instant, zoomed in on the frontal - a rainbow cross I designed and stitched a few years ago. To be honest, I think the pictures made it look better than in really is. My husband was amused that I cried out, 'There I am!' He was much more interested in seeing Stefan and hearing his views. Whatever he said was certainly worth hearing. I don't think it registered with me.
