How did the Black Robes and Borovsky know where they were?

Probably through Papineau who hasn't been too honest with Cobb.

I think whoever Papineau is working with is in contact with the Black Robes.

I think Borovsky knew they were looking for the treasure, so had gone to the village as a matter of course for when they showed up - he obviously thought they had the wherewithal to find the treasure.
As for the Black Robes, that's a big train the Hunters are using: easy for the Robes to have hidden a tracking device that hasn't yet been discovered.

I said before that I didn't think that Papineau had been entirely honest with the team. He must be playing both sides of the fence.

I did wonder about Papineau but couldn't think why he'd tell them!
