Were you surprised that McLean's gran's house wasn't targeted by the burglar during the funeral? Did you initially think it was the same burglar?

Slightly surprised, yes. I was expecting Tony to walk in and find the place already burgled, not have him catch the burglar red-handed. Bad timing by our burglar: he presumably didn't expect anybody to be there as the house has been unoccupied for the last 18 months.
I did assume it was the same burglar.

I also assumed that Tony would walk in to find the home burgled. But I like the way it worked better.

I thought it was the same burglar.

No I was not surprised. I was expecting it. Yes I thought it was the same burglar.

I believe it's the same burglar. I was also expecting it... but for it to happen during the funeral. I'm with Brenda that the way it happened was much better.

I was expecting him to walk in to find the place burgled. Much more convenient this way of course.

Actually it would have made sense for him to post somebody there in anticipation...

Like everyone else I expected the house to be robbed but I like the way it was done much better.

I agree with al, of you.

Same here. I thought the house would be broken into during the funeral and was taken by surprise by the turn of events (pleasantly surprised. Like you, I thought this much better).
