Why steal the body of the girl and the organs?

so the police don't get a chance to double-check their initial findings against new evidence?

A second possibility is that, for the ritual to continue its spell, the killer needs to keep it in place.

>3 Sergeirocks: I agree. I think they need the old body to do another sacrifice with the new girl. The 65 year old body was never supposed to have been found. I think they counted on the house staying in one of their families.

>3 Sergeirocks: >6 Carol420: Agree totally, they want the body for a new sacrifice.

>3 Sergeirocks: I'm with you my friend. Once the body and organs were removed from the original site (and out of the protection circle), they lost their potency. I agree they were stolen to use in the newly planned ritual. And yes, I agree poor Chloe is the intended victim of the next ritual (Figured that out only after Carol and Andrew mentioned it in previous answers)
