What are your thoughts and theories about what has been going on? How will it end?

I still think
a group participated in the ritualistic murder
McReadie is burglarizing homes of people who have recently died but the fact that he has the cufflink is coincidental
the "killers" are under the influence (drugs, hypnosis, something) and being directed by someone who wants the people involved in the ritual murder killed
Tony hooks up with Emma
Jenny is a fix-up - I think the person orchestrating the kills is having her get close to Tony to find out what he knows (maybe not, but I don't really like her)

the "mystery guy from the photo" is Gavin Spenser
Gavin Spenser is Tony's biological grandfather (thought Carstairs, but am changing my mind)
I think we're being led to believe that Emma is posting death photos but I don't think it's her -- maybe she's trying to find the leak

The abduction of Jenny's daughter will lead Tony to a new group of people about to perform the ritual kill but it will be a link to the original members (maybe grandsons?) and he'll solve all the cases he's working on...and find the leak.

I also wondered if Chloe might be a new victim of a ritual killing but who could the participants be all these years later? Was she selected because Tony knows her mother?

I'm hoping Chloe is a red herring.

I'm still hoping that Carstairs is Tony's biological grandfather instead of Spenser.
I think Chloe is being chosen as a killer for the 6th (Spenser?) killer.
I don't think Emma is posting the pictures. It has to be someone else who has access to the photos.
Jenny is Chloe's mom so I don't think she is involved. She wouldn't have harm done to her daughter.
Tony will end up with Emma.

Spencer is the instigator and the chauffeur is the killer under Spencer's spell.

I don't believe that Chloe will be a sacrifice even though she will probably come close. Tony and the gang have to get there in time to save her.

Emma will be found innocent and she and Tony will become an item.

There has to be some element of the supernatural at play here since there would be no other way the jumper and Peter Andrews had incurable advanced diseases that no one else knew about.

Hope that Spencer and the chauffeur return to whatever Hell spawned them in the first place.

We know 5 of the group and think Spenser is the sixth, and leader of the group, as well as being Tony's grandfather.
They are planning a new ritual, with some new people. Chloe has been taken to be part of that ritual.
Don't think Jenny is a plant, at least I hope not as I like her and think Tony should focus on her and not Emma.
Not certain Emma is the mole.

I also hope Carstairs is the father because I think I've convinced myself now that Spenser is behind all this and is one bad dude!
Chloe has been taken to renew the ritual since the old site was disturbed and it's protection broken.
I think Chloe will be saved.
I'm hoping Emma is innocent of wrongdoing. I like her character and want to see her in future books (whether she hooks up with Tony or not)

Wow, my head is spinning and I feel like I have whiplash. Too many theories came and went in this section.
