I have a novel that I am writing and I need fresh eyes to read it and tell me the good and bad of it. Constructive criticism only please.

This honestly isn't a good place to seek beta readers. You'd probably be better off checking out a few writing specific forums.

I found some great beta readers via twitter (use hashtags for #betareading , genre, and #amwriting ) and also via a group on facebook that's specifically for finding beta readers, The Slush Pile. Good luck!
