This book is really colorful and animated. It makes me really excited and motivated to want to love myself more. Glancing over the activities, it may seem like a typical thing like "Hug it out" but there are also some really interesting ones like "Hold a Burn Ceremony". I needed a book like this to feel inspired and now I have one. It's a great book! Definitely would recommend.
