harlequin from many years ago

I can't remember title or author -- hero was recovering sight from an accident, his butler had diabetes and there was a swimming pool on the estate. The heroine had weight to lose, and because she ate whatever the butler fixed, she wound up losing weight, swimming at night and her interaction with the hero led to romance -- not sure how/why she was hired to the estate -- I'd love to find and reread this one. thanks for any help!!

I am still looking for this book. She'd been sent to either help H with a project as an assistant, she'd packed a suitcase full of her favorite snacks and candy - but that somehow was removed.... the conversations between H and h were sweet as their relationship grew -- I really wish I could refind this book and read it over again. Does this trigger any memeories for anyone here?
