I've started a list called "Books for Educators" at https://www.librarything.com/list/11259/all/Books-for-Educators. Right now, it's mostly my already-read and to-read list, and since I'm in higher ed, it's focused on those issues. I really would like to have more diverse perspectives in there, though; there's a lot we can learn across education sectors. (And I'm also a dad, so understanding K-12 education will pay off in another area for me.)
So, I'd welcome your votes and additions on the list!

Thanks for sharing! I have a few to add. I teach first grade.

Grand! My mother was a primary grades teacher (and as I mentioned, I've got a kid) so I'm both personally and professionally interested in what inspires elementary school teachers!

I guess the book I added isn't actually geared toward primary, but I found it useful so far. I'm halfway through.
