I received this book and immediately was drawn to the easiness of meal prepping. The book has different sections with 2 week meal planning and prep. I immediately figured out which plan I wanted to start and put together my menu with ingredients. The recipes are easy and in about two hours, I had meals for a week. Breakfast, lunch and dinners. The meals were wonderful to have and many could be frozen. They are practical weekly shopping lists with easy to find ingredients to prepare your pantry for the week along with guidelines on how to freeze, thaw, and reheat your meals to help keep food fresh, safe and tasty. This cookbook has saved me a lot of time in addition to saving food from being thrown away. I would highly recommend this book.
