Did you think the President would give in to the demands?

I don't see what else he can do. He is going to have to pretend to comply, in order to buy time. I think the only people that can help him are Juan and the team.

He's going to try and buy time but what can he possibly do? They will know what he doesn't do as well as what he does do. What an unthinkable predicament to any leader to find themselves in! I find this scenario scarier than any amount or kind of torture. Can you imagine the world being absolutely controlled by these people?

I think he will look like he is only to buy some time. I’m wondering if he’s actually going to bring the Oregon in on this or if it’s just going to be a “happy coincidence” that Cabrillo is going after the man behind this threat

I think he'll have to "pretend" to give into the demands while hoping the Oregon team can find and kill them.

He had to at least pretend to go along, but difficult to do when they controlled everything! Like Sergei said in the last question they definitely needed Juan and his team.

What choice did the president have?
