I like the plot, the pacing, the characters (the introduction of Lawless) and that it wasn't all action this time

the part about call from "Overholt" re a job near Alaska was very interesting...and scary

I liked a lot of it. The story was very fast paced with plenty of action. I liked the parts set in China and Myanmar. It was a creative plot. I think Lawless will make a great addition to the crew.

I liked Lawless from the start and also think he will make an great addition to the Oregon crew. Not just because of his military skills but because of his personality also. He'll make the books interesting. I liked the action but sometimes it went on a little too long. Overall a very enjoyable book.

I liked the character of Lawless and the plot. The story of the crystals was interesting. I liked visiting China again and the idea of facing off with the computer in future books is fascinating.

I can't think of anything in particular that would make the story stand out from any other book.
