To mark the recent passing of Sue Grafton, the first book in her Alphabet series, A Is for Alibi is an ebook special $2.99 at Kindle, Nook, Kobo, iBooks and Google Play. I know a number of folks in this group were contemplating a read or re-read of the series, so here's a good place to start.

The new Wiley Cash novel, The Last Ballad, is $1.99 for Kindle US today.

I've never seen a yet-to-be-published books as a Daily Deal so no surprise there.

Also on sale US Kindle today (only?) Brandon Sanderson's Stormlight Archive trilogy at $2.99 apiece. They're all huge, so you're certainly getting your money's worth.

One of Louis L'Amour's best imo, The Last of the Breed is on sale today on Amazon for $1.99. It's not a "Western", but a Cold War/Espionage type of adventure book. It's one of my favorites, and I was planning on a reread, so...
