I just read an article that relates problems with temperatures for baking in the North American edition of the cookbook Sweet by Yotam Ottolenghi and Helen Goh.
The publisher is putting out a new edition in the spring and should replace the offending book. ( we'll see) The article said to email sweet@tenspeed.com
Apparently the Facebook group Food52Baking Club has corrected the problems with the recipe is anyone wants to make some of the book's recipes.
