I'm going for The Drafter by Kim Harrison. And, I finally figured out how to put an image in my post!

Thanks, FAMeulstee! I needed a TIOLI spot to plant my 19th century book for the Reading Through Time group.

Thanks, Anita. This is the only place this book fit - thank goodness there were trees on the cover!

I love to see all the different books that were found with tree(s) on the cover!

The Scent of Pine by Lara Vapnyar
I read through page 47 and then gave up because I was getting bored reading this book. Oh, well.

Completed The Devil's Breath by Tessa Harris.

Because the trees are rather murky, I've made this one a big picture.

The trees are in the background, distant and tiny. They're definitely upstaged by the flowers of the foreground.

>24 Dejah_Thoris: Oops - I think you meant to post to the animals thread instead of the trees one.

>25 thornton37814: LOL! Whoops! Too funny. You are, of course, absolutely right. And that is an image without even a hint of trees! I'll have to go find a book with trees to make up for it......
27FAMeulstee
>24 Dejah_Thoris: & >25 thornton37814: LOL it made me doubt on which thread I actually was ;-)

I confess - I did a double-take. And then appreciated the humor!

>29 countrylife: You even got tree in the title!

Technically, I read these as e-books (and I do have more than one e-copy because I bought them individually at first and then discovered the 'box set')
You can see at least one tree on one of these covers - there's one in the distance in front of the school building.
