Any thoughts on Magnus having a photograph from years before of the murdered woman?

He seemed to have befriended the lady. In the interview that Sandy found she said that he invited her in to his house and told her stories about the islands. She probably gave him the photo.

I think she and Magnus were friends years ago when she stayed there and she told him who she was. I don't know why he would hide her photo. Maybe it wasn't hidden as much as stored away and forgotten about.

When it first came up, I had no idea why Magnus would have this photo. But then we learned that they became friends as >2 Carol420: said.

It was explained in the interview that the victim has visited Mangus before and I think he eventually just stored her picture in a drawer.

I think you've all got this covered; the two met when she first came to the islands and she gave the old man a photo. I don't see anything more to it.
