Were you surprised to find out Jason was killed? Why do you think he was killed?

I was very sad about Jason being killed because I felt sorry for him when his girlfriend died. I think the Guild wanted all the witnesses killed.

I wasn't surprised. He was a loose end that probably was going to be tied up.

I have to agree with >2 EadieB: and >3 Olivermagnus:. It didn't seem that he had a part in the story any longer.

They definitely wanted the witnesses killed, but was surprised that he had been killed so soon.

I was expecting this as Baron Raoul de Sauvage "had to finish clearing the mess he had left behind." They left a witness. Tut tut!

I wasn't at all surprised and expected it to happen. Just as the Dragon Court was getting rid of any possible evidence at the Church, they were removing the sole witness.
