Why did you think Seichan would be calling Sigma Command?

I had no idea but it seems she was trying to make a deal with them.

Either to make a deal or she's working with them and is reporting in.

I was wondering if she could be trying to use Sigma in some sort of betrayal of the Dragon Court. It seems like she's not completely comfortable with the partnership.

At first, I wondered if she was a double agent, but I soon got over that thought, :)

I think she's using Sigma to help her find out what the Dragon Court knows so she can get to it first for the Guild
