Should Gray have sent someone with Vigor to get to the Pope?

I don't think that would be necessary as Vigor has the connections to get to the Pope.

I don't think he could really spare anybody else, unless he thought Rachel would be less of a hindrance with her uncle - she's only a Carabiniere after all, not trained to the same level as the Sigmas.

no - he didn't have enough people with him that he could spare someone. also, it would have slowed Vigor down if he'd had to rep for someone else repeatedly
