I think he did which is why he started doing his own tracking of the team. Yes, I suspected him in the last section

We were certainly being led to believe that Painter suspected Logan - he specifically sent him out of the building, checking that he'd gone, and then told the techie not to pass on what Painter had been doing with the satellite tracking.
I must admit, I did wonder about Logan.

I thought if there was a leak at Sigma it had to be Logan.
