What did you make of Priscilla’s story about what happened to her son and husband?

Sounds very possible that it could of happen in the south at the time as they didn't have much regard for the black and they were definitely treated like 3rd class citizens. Not nice but very true!

Absolutely possible.

Very sad for Priscilla; appalling that such behaviour was the norm, and very nearly acceptable, in many places at that time. Glad that the white doc got his just deserts and Priscilla's husband went out with his head held high.
