Was it wise for Dan Robie to defend himself?

No judges do not like that and will hold that against the defendant.

No, as I'm sure the man well knows himself.

What is the saying..."A man that defends himself has a fool for a client"...or something on that order. Hope someone can talk him out of doing this.

Not wise, but understandable. He's bound to be very knowledgeable about the law, and would find it difficult to find someone he thought competent enough to help him. Most everyone thinks he's guilty.

Very stupid decision even when you know the law. Carol’s saying >6 Carol420: says it all.
