How reliable do you think Tuck Carson’s and his son’s eye witness account was? Would it hold up in court?

It's hard to believe a competent attorney couldn't make them look like buffoons. I do think the account will hold. Most of the jury pool would be just as ignorant.

Their testimony is a load of made-up rubbish. Toni Moses will hopefully now be able to run a truck through their stories (thanks to Will's observations re spectacles and beer).

any competent attorney will be able to pick them apart and Toni is just the woman to do that.

They were probably being paid by someone to "witness" Dan Robie driving is car that night. I think Toni will make gator bait of their testimony.

Surely no prosecutor would put then in front of the jury, their testimony had more holes than a colander and Moses would make mincemeat of them!
