Any thoughts why Sara was killed?

I think Clancy told her info about how he made his money and that's why she was killed.

Perhaps Sara has been selling favours to someone else in town (maybe Clancy's killer) and tried to put the screws on him for money to get away? If so, she chose the wrong person to mess with. (Could be Aubrey?)

Sara tried to make deals with the wrong people. I believe that Janet did the same thing before her and Emma is well on her way to joining them in the "Great Beyond".

She might not have known a thing or she might have had some real information she tried selling to the wrong people. Either way, she made a serious error.

like with Pete, she tried to appear to know more than she did and it got her killed

Killed to keep her quiet, thinking she may know something.
