Do you believe Victoria about the blackmail? Did this give her motive to murder Clancy?

I do believe her and I think that's why she killed Clancy.

Still think possible she killed Clancy and possibly believe her story.

It feels true to me. I don't believe she killed Clancy but I'm far from certain.
