Were you surprised Wendell warned Will and Reel? Why do you think he did that?

I think he realized that Will and Reel were trying to take care of things and were the good guys.

I believe he realize that he had made a big mistake in hiring the goons and besides he was taking his family and leaving the country.

Things have got out of hand and Wendell is no longer calling the shots. He did the right thing in warning Robie, (even if it was a little late in coming!).

I think he was worried that if more murders occurred that police might eventually find their way back to him

I think he was in over his head and glad to take his family and move out of town.

Things had got way out of control and he was trying to avoid further death, including his own! Still was a surprise.
