Dan Robie told Laura Will had run off without her. Any comments?

Dan was angry because Will left without leaving a note and he wanted to make Laura mad at Will.

Dan may have wanted Laura to think badly of Will or he may have just thought that Will had run away and not have realized that Laura was supposed to leave with him.

It was basically the truth.

Dan was a mean and petty man. He wanted to strike out and hurt Laura since Will was no longer around. I seriously doubt she was going with Will so I'm not sure what the impact was.

I was surprised by Will’s strong reaction to this, this is what Will had done!
