How do you think this book compared to the others in the series?

This one was different in that they weren't running all over the world hunting the country's enemies. I like the other books but this one made a great addition with the back story. I don't think I would have liked the series near as much if this had been the first book instead of the fourth book. it was like Will and Jessica went on a much earned vacation but still nearly got killed.

I agree with >2 Carol420:. It was really very good, just not my favorite and incest is just too high on my creepy factor list.

I think I gave all the books 5 stars but this one is my favorite because I enjoyed learning about Will's past.

liked this one the least. I liked learning more about Will but definitely missed Julie and Vance. Although the general storyline was fine, there were parts that were just a mess. Honestly, during the "reveal" at the shack, I found myself starting to skim.

TBH I can't find much to separate the books, I've liked them all, and all for different reasons.
