If you’re interested in a biography about Mahler’s wife Alma, try to get the one from Oliver Hilmes (as soon as it's translated, that is). She seemed to have spread quite a number of lies about her life, but Hilmes apparently managed to uncover a couple of them with the help of previously unpublished sources.

13000 books between the 9 of us isn't bad going! I might have thought there would be more of an overlap between the books we own though.
