Never heard of this author before, so no expectations whatsoever.

Never heard of him so looking forward to finding a new author.
I thought we were doing this book at the end of the month so will be a bit behind initially as I just now borrowed it...oops

>4 bhabeck: We had to change books around because the library borrowed out my reserved copy of Walking by Night 2 - 3 weeks after I reserved it! Apologies that this caused a problem and you missed the post. Will do it as a personal message next time.

I read The Einstein Prophecy last month which was a good but not great read.

I thought this author sounded familiar and discovered I read one of his books in 2016 - Blood and Ice. I gave it a 3.5 but I remembered it so I must have enjoyed it!

I'm starting the book tonight so I should be caught up by tomorrow.

>5 Andrew-theQM: ok. no problem. Are we doing Walking by Night at the end of the month then or do we need to switch that to next month?

>9 bhabeck: Should be ready to start it on Friday 27th. Went back into the library again yesterday as yet again the book had been returned to the Central Library but they hadn’t sorted out the reservation and put it back on the shelves for anyone to take out. What is wrong with them and the reservation system! A few phone calls from our branch library hopefully have now sorted it out and fingers crossed can pick it up during the week.

Omg...this has been the week from hell at work. I have the book, but have had absolutely no time to read..I’m only 10% in.
I’ll catch up with you guys on the next book

Know how it goes, with work recently got the reading done, but only had a chance to answer a smattering if questions. This was another big book!
