What are you hoping for from this series?

Have you read Sharon Bolton before?

Never read a Bolton before, so don't know what to expect.

I read one of her standalone books Little Black Lies and liked it.

I'm hoping for an interesting read as I read this book in 2012 but don't remember much about it. I've also read Little Black Lies. All I know is that I really enjoyed this book the first time I read it.

Not read one of hers but did at one point have Little Black Lies out of the library but never read it before it went back to the library and we went on holiday.

I’m hoping to find a new wonderful detective series as fully (or nearly fully) read in some of my favourite series.

I've never read her so just hoping for a good story that keeps me interested.

Tomorrow is election day in the U.S. I’ll be working at the polls and it’ll be a long day so I’m going to fall behind on the reading and discussion. I’ll be there from 5am to 8pm. I’m taking the book with me in case there are any lulls and I get a chance to read. But from what I’ve been told, they’re expecting a big turnout so I may be too busy. Anyway, I’ll be back on Wednesday or Thursday to finish up and see what everyone said.

Sorry I missed this section. I...like >7 gaylebutz: ... am an Election Inspector and my day at the polls started at 6:00 am. end ended at 11:00 that night. I also took the book >7 gaylebutz: but I never saw a lull and I bet you didn't either. It's the first time in my 10 years of working the polls that I didn't have time to even open the book that I take everywhere with me. I did read the chapters and since I did remember all that lead up from here to the end I didn't chime in but I love some of your reasoning.

Overall Average was 3.82 - Not a bad rating at all.
