Is there a similar group on LT for dimensional arts?

I'd like to post about some craft projects I'm doing. I would classify them as dimensional -- dioramas and such. Should I just post in Off-topic? Should I start a new group like this one? Or am I missing an existing group? (I looked at the list, but didn't see anything.)

I don't see anything either. As far as I'm concerned, you are free to post here. (The official group administrator hasn't entered any books for 10 years.) Paper is a fibre product. So if you use paper and/or cloth and/or threads/strings and such, your dioramas are mixed media including fibres.
