Why doesn't Tim Spalding have the LT Author Buttun

Tim is the author of a (fabulous) cookbook. Unless the book isn't available from Amazon or any of the other sources, I was wondering why Tim doesn't have an LT Author Button on his page.

It is true, the button is no longer as shiny as it used to be...

... and as we know, Tim wants a shiny button ...

But Tim designed the new buttons. He has no one but himself to blame.

The book isn't available from Amazon. :-)

For all we know there may only be one copy in existance! :D
