Did you enjoy the Prologue?

Yes I did. It was an interesting little tale. As so often, it's a book I'd like to read, :)

I like the fact that the Scrolls of Knowledge have been split up and I think our story has to do with finding who has all the scrolls.

I really liked the prologue. It was interesting and really made me want to read the rest of the book. Not that I wouldn't have...but it helped to set the tone. I agree with >3 EadieB: that it was good thinking on his part to separate the scrolls. It seems the "Nine Unknown" that have the scrolls might also be based in fact.

I did - I thought it set up the story well and was interesting on its own

I enjoyed the prologue and think it would make a great standalone story.

Some good history to get your teeth into, about a pi very of history I knew nothing about. Also setting the book up well for the future context.
