Was it a surprise to see Linc and Eddie caught? What did you think Juan would do?

A bit - usually someone gets caught (or put into a life-threatening position) that requires a rescue, but it's usually Juan. I thought his plan to get them out was pretty interesting but there were a lot of ways it could have gone wrong.

Yes, it was surprising, but it made for another entertaining plot-filler, as Cabrillo was bound to make a rescue attempt (though I couldn't guess how).

These are the kind of storylines that make us enjoy the characters and series.

Not too surprising because it seems every book has some type of rescue for some of the crew or Juan.

It showed the reader that even these "tough, smarter than the average bear" , guys can be brought down...they just don't stay down for long. I would have loved to have seen the car sailing out the planes door with it's 'passenger". I bet Carlton is really going to be mad:))
