I liked this one just the way it was. My copy had all the characters listed in the front and that helped.

I thought it skimmed the action a lot more than usual. At one point it simply said the team had to get through two more sets of guards to get to their destination - in earlier books we'd have been given a bullet by bullet account. This made it seem a bit blasé in places.

This one felt very formulaic.
History.
Oregon introduced in disguise.
Premise - linked towards end of world as we know it.
Invade a home or works premises.
Juan trapped, will he get out in time.
Descrition of cars........
Finally resolution - looks like can’t save the day, but right at the end they did.
Baddie dies!
Not saying it wasn’t enjoyable but just too formulaic at points. Need a bit more creativity and flair on the themes, and how it is laid out.
