He's not made that way. Expressing love stands the chance of getting him hurt...and I think he feels those words would give her the idea that something more is going to happen for them...which he doesn't seem ready for at this point. Just call me Ann Landers:)

Harry just doesn't talk about his feelings. He is a loner and not used to a serious relationship. Saying it out loud would change everything for him.
