Is there any coming back from the video shown in court for Harry? Any thoughts on what this means?

It means Church had an alibi. I do think they should ask an expert on filming and photography if there is any way that an amateur could possibly have altered that tape without it showing somehow. I believe they are going to have to accept the fact that Church might have been up to something but he didn't kill anyone. It still will look bad for Harry but he didn't shoot him for being the Doll Maker he shoot him because he thought Church was gong for a weapon.

I'm banking on something turning up to counteract the evidence of the video.

I think the videotape is real. But I agree with >2 Carol420: that Church was killed because he didn't follow simple directions.

I agree with Carol that the video probably has been altered.

Does this disprove Church as the serial killer or is this not one of his victims?

So you couldn't superimpose a new time over the old one? When was this book written? Doesn't this technology exist? I am hoping someone tampered with the tape. Or that friend of his set up his camcorder with the wrong date.

They said the makeup in his apartment didn’t match up with 2 of the victims. Maybe the copycat got started before Church was killed. Maybe Church did most of the killing, but not the one he had the alibi for. I cannot recall if the victim killed during the party was one of the ones that the makeup didn’t match.

He didn't take the make-up like Church did because he wanted to establish something of his own. The burial of the bodies and how unusual the use of the concrete was could be his personal signiture.
