Does Harry handle Belk badly? Do you think the case could jeopardise the investigation into The Concrete Blonde?

Harry is fed up with Belk and who could blame him? Where the main problem lies is with the guy on the bench. What is wrong with this judge??? He has let Honey run the entire courtroom from the first day. I can't imagine why the trial wasn't discontinued the minute that there was even the slightest possibility that there was two killers attached to the same investigation that Harry is on trial as a participant in. I guess it makes a better story.

Harry wants to do what Harry wants to do and when someone doesn't let Harry do what he wants to do then Harry has a problem with them. Harry just needs a little more time and info in order to solve the case of The Concrete Blonde and Belk is not giving him that time.

I agree with Carol, the case should have been delayed until the concrete body murder was investigated - it has repercussions for whether or not Bosch shot the wrong man.

I think the case should have been delayed because it might leak currently police investigation of a second killer. Harry didn't handle Belk properly to get the case delayed and he realized it too late.

>5 jodiesohl: and >4 Sergeirocks: I agree. I also think that Harry handled Belk badly - Harry can be a “bull in a china shop” when he wants something and doesn’t get it his way. He may have gotten Belk to at least ask for a continuance had he approached him differently - not that I expect the Judge would have agreed.

I think the case should have been given a small delay, but the legal system doesn't like to do that primarily for scheduling purposes. I know it sounds crazy, but it's true. I also agree with >6 bhabeck: that Harry often handles things badly. He's a nice guy but he often goes too far and does it too aggressively.

I agree the case should have been delayed. I was giving Belk the benefit of the doubt previously and thought he was a smart lawyer. But this section changed that. I don’t blame Harr6 for going off a bit. Belk’s not committed to the case and doesn’t seem to really care about justice being served
